About

One team across build, design, and growth.

Unifiedcommerce Hub is an ecommerce team that designs, builds, and grows online stores — and ships the digital products the teams behind them use every day.

Who we are

A single team, not a chain of handoffs.

Designers, developers, growth specialists, and automation engineers working on the same stores, in the same conversations, against the same commercial goals.

Most ecommerce work is fragmented. A design studio hands a file to a development shop, a marketing agency inherits whatever was built, and nobody is accountable for the number the business actually cares about. Every handoff loses context, and the store carries the cost.

We put the disciplines in one place. The person designing a product page understands the template it will be built into, the developer knows which metric the change is meant to move, and the growth specialist is in the conversation before the build rather than after it.

Alongside the service work we run a marketplace of digital products and a vetted directory of individual experts, so a team can bring in exactly as much help as the problem needs.

Why we exist

The problem we set out to solve.

Fragmented delivery

Design, build, and growth sit with separate suppliers who never share a goal, so decisions get made twice and reversed once.

Stores built to launch

A storefront is signed off at launch and then left to drift. Nobody owns what happens to conversion in month six.

Unaccountable reporting

Impressive-looking numbers that are not tied to revenue, and results claimed without a way to check them.

Our answer is unglamorous: one accountable team, written scopes, work you can see while it is being done, and reporting that ties back to the store's own numbers.

How the team works

Four disciplines, one delivery model.

Every engagement is staffed from the same pool. Which disciplines are involved depends on the problem, not on what we happen to sell.

Storefront and brand experience

Design

Art direction, storefront layout, product page structure, and design systems that survive contact with a real catalogue rather than a pitch deck.

Theme and platform engineering

Development

Theme work, custom sections, app integration, performance and accessibility. Built so a merchandiser can run the store without a developer standing by.

Conversion, lifecycle, acquisition

Growth

Funnel analysis, checkout and product page experimentation, email and SMS lifecycle, paid acquisition structure, and reporting that ties back to revenue.

Operations and content workflows

AI & automation

Catalogue enrichment, support deflection, internal tooling, and connective automation between the platforms a store already runs on.

Capabilities

What we do.

Each capability is delivered as a service with its own scope, process, and the experts behind it.

01

Store Development

Custom storefronts, headless builds, and performance engineering for high-volume catalogs.

02

Design & Redesign

Brand-led commerce design systems, from art direction to production-ready components.

03

Conversion Optimization

Structured research, experiment design, and checkout work grounded in your own data.

04

Marketing & Growth

Lifecycle, paid media, and retention programs operated as one measurable system.

05

AI & Automation

Operational automation and applied AI for merchandising, support, and back-office work.

06

Digital Tools

Themes, apps, and internal tooling packaged as products your team can own.

Our approach

How we think about ecommerce.

A storefront layout reviewed side by side on desktop and mobile
Design
Start from the buying decision, not the homepage. Hierarchy, imagery, and copy exist to remove hesitation at the moment a customer is deciding.
Development
Ship maintainable code on the platform's own conventions. Fewer apps, fewer overrides, fewer places for the next person to get stuck.
Conversion
Change one thing at a time and measure it. Where traffic is too low to test, we rely on established patterns and say so plainly.
Marketing
Acquisition and lifecycle are treated as one system. Traffic that the store cannot convert is a cost, not a result.
AI
Applied to repetitive, high-volume work — descriptions, tagging, triage, internal tooling — where it saves hours and the output can be checked.

Platforms

We work on the systems your store already runs.

Storefront platforms, analytics, marketing, automation, and AI tooling. The full managed list is shown on the homepage rail and maintained by our admin team — we only list what we actually work on.

Process

From discovery to handover.

The same six steps run every engagement, whether it is a two-week conversion sprint or a full replatform.

01

Discovery

We review the store, the analytics, the catalogue, and the operational reality behind it. You get a written read of what is working and what is holding it back.

02

Scope

Deliverables, sequence, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before anything starts. Larger work is split into milestones you accept one at a time.

03

Build

Work happens on a development or staging environment with regular check-ins. You see progress as it lands, not as a reveal at the end.

04

Review

You review against the agreed scope. Revisions inside that scope are part of the work; anything beyond it is quoted before it is started.

05

Launch

Deployment is planned, checked against a release list, and monitored afterwards. Nothing goes live at the end of a Friday.

06

Handover

You receive documentation, access, and a walkthrough of what changed so your team can operate it without depending on us.

Working with us

What clients can expect.

  • A named point of contact and a written scope before work starts
  • Progress you can see on a staging environment, not status updates alone
  • Plain reporting on what changed, what improved, and what did not
  • Documentation and access handed over at the end of every engagement
  • No claims about results we have not measured

Measured, not asserted

We publish outcomes only where they are backed by data we can point to. Where a number is not verified, it is not on this site.

Owned by you

Code, accounts, and assets belong to the client. No lock-in through undocumented setups or accounts we hold on your behalf.

Reviewed before published

Expert profiles, client reviews, and portfolio work are approved by a person before appearing publicly. Nothing publishes itself.

Responsible use of AI

AI speeds up work that is checked by a human. It does not write your reviews, invent your results, or generate imagery presented as real work.
