Short answers for the things people need most often. Anything else, contact us directly.
Your account
- Create an account to place orders, download files, message experts and leave reviews.
- Verify your email address before your first order — verification links are single-use.
- Reset a forgotten password from the sign-in screen; the link goes to your registered address.
- Change your email, name and notification preferences under Settings in your account.
Hiring an expert
- Search a name in Find Your Expert, or browse published profiles by service and platform.
- Message first if you need to check scope, availability or approach before committing.
- Hire when the scope is agreed — this creates an engagement with an order attached.
- Track everything you have hired under Hired Experts in your account.
Paying securely
- Checkout runs on Whop, our payment provider; card details are never stored by us.
- Your order is confirmed automatically once Whop verifies the payment.
- If checkout fails or you leave it, the order stays unpaid and you can restart payment from the order.
- Charged but the order did not update? Contact support with your order number.
Downloads and receipts
- Files unlock under Downloads as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Receipts for every confirmed order are kept under Receipts in your account.
- Each product states its licence terms in full on the product page before purchase.
- If a file will not open or is missing, contact us with the order reference.
Reviews
- Clients with a completed order, project or hire can leave a review.
- Reviews are never published automatically — an administrator checks each one.
- You will see your review on the site once it is approved.
- Reviews are not removed for being critical.
Applying as an expert
- Apply on the Join page and complete each step of the application.
- Verify your email, then wait for administrator review — this is done by a person.
- Approved experts get a dashboard; the public profile appears only once published.
- Expert levels are assigned by administrators and recorded in your level history.
